Katie Ford was the first Scot to ever finish RAAM (in a team) when she was just 22 years of age. She started endurance cycling when she lost her driving license to epilepsy in 2005 and has since become a WUCA indoor track record holder, WUCA board member, and Olympic torch bearer. Katie's story is one of incredible resilience and will make you reconsider what's possible. Let’s roll! 🚲💨

In this episode, we talk with an amazing athlete from the beautiful country of New Zealand, Craig Harper, who is an all-around sportsman both as an ultra cyclist and previously as a rower who represented his country at the World Championships in different categories. Craig is also a 4th place RAAM finisher and New Zealand N-S world record holder. Let’s roll! 🚲💨

We talk with a legendary rider of the Race Across America (RAAM) and the sport of ultra cycling, the great Valerio Zamboni from Italy who has won the World Ultra-Cycling Association World Cup 6 times, which is just incredible considering he is over 60 years old! Inspire India's Ultra Award "The Kabir Rachure Ultra Award" was first won by and then named after Indian ultra-cyclist and 2019 RAAM finisher, Kabir Rachure, who has also podiumed in the Ultra Spice Race, the Great Himalayan Ultra Race, and the Deccan Cliffhanger. Adam Bickett competed in the Race Across America and Race Across the West. He also won the legendary “Furnace Creek 508” (now called the Silver State 508). After getting into cycling and riding many centuries and double centuries, Adam entered road racing and made it to the Cat 2 USA Cycling division and also participated in the Collegiate National Road Championships.
